Dr. Varsha Kadyan, BDS, MDS
School Director, Instructor
Dr. Kadyan completed her residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Connecticut Health Scenter School of Dental Medicine. She is an active member of several professional organizations as well as the CEO and Chief Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist at the most advanced digital dental imaging center. She is dedicated to education, and presents and lectures at various conferences, seminars and dental schools.
Rosa Dionicio
Clinical Director, Instructor
Rosa attended school in Peru to be a dental lab technician and began working as a dental assistant after moving to Omaha, NE, is 2001. Rosa has more than 20 years of dental experience and over five years of experience as an educator and has mentored over 100 dental assistants. She is passionate about jump starting her student’s careers in dentistry.
Kanoe Sakamoto
CEO, Instructor
Kanoe graduated from Creighton University with her degree in Health Administration and Policy in 2017. With over five years of general and specialty experience as a dental assistant, Kanoe enjoys championing dental assistants to be servant leaders within the community and to be an amazing support for their fellow dental professionals as well as their patients. She is dedicated to helping dental assistants grow and progress in their careers.

Our dental assisting program is designed to prepare you as much as possible for your career in the dental field. UNITED EXCHANGE DENTAL ASSISTING SCHOOL CURRICULUM
Our curriculum is designed using a unique and innovative educational model known as micro learning, which combines information with visual learning and hands-on experience. We educate our students with the intent that they will be confident in a clinical setting. Our instructors are among the most skilled and experienced in the dental assisting field and provide support as well as education to help our students meet their full potential.
The UEDAS curriculum consists of three parts:
- Didactic Lecture Hours — where students learn about dental terminology, equipment, instruments, procedures, ethics, leadership and employability skills.
- Clinical Hours — where students have the opportunity to practice their lessons.
- Externship — where students will apply their knowledge and fine-tune their skills prior to receiving their certification and graduating as fully-trained dental assistants.
